Alright, today was supposed to be a light day, but I wanted to see what my legs could do for speed (vs distance) so after work I tried to run as fast as I could for 1 lap (which is a little more than a mile), I thought I would’ve done better then I did but I had a hard time breathing.\u00a0 Worse than usual.\u00a0 Cause after the run I was coughing up some gunk.<\/p>\n
I think if I had full lung capacity I would have done better than what I did.\u00a0 Maybe even crack 10 minutes.\u00a0 Anyway my time was 10:53.78.\u00a0 Not disappointing but I thought I could do better, like studying hard for an exam but just got the wrong questions asked during the exam and scored a B+ vs a solid A.<\/p>\n
