Today was my thousand calorie workout.\u00a0 I rarely make 1000 calories in an hour (usually a few minutes over)\u00a0 but I was able to do it all on a the treadmill without the cool down phase.\u00a0\u00a0 (Side note, there was an error on the treadmill that stopped the belt right after my hour run).\u00a0 I did it at about 5.2 MPH and at first a low incline then pushed it.\u00a0 I think this is the first time I did it.<\/p>\n
After, I did do some arm workouts to make up for the Friday I missed my gym workout.\u00a0 (Recall I ran 14 miles instead)<\/p>\n
