Seems like when I try to run fast, I can’t breath.\u00a0 My lung capacity feels minimal.<\/p>\n

Anyway, I tried running 1 lap as fast as I could, I reached a point where its normally about 6 minutes in just a few seconds above 5 minutes.\u00a0 I finished it in pretty decent time.<\/p>\n

Time 10:35:54<\/p>\n

Last time I ran this, I did it in 10:53.78<\/a> so if my time is milestone<\/p>\n

BUT<\/p>\n

The although my run time my be considered a milestone, the real milestone is some shorts my wife purchased for me.<\/p>\n

They were size 38.\u00a0 WOW (little lose too), I recall wearing 44’s last year.<\/p>\n
