{"id":1122,"date":"2010-06-21T19:43:15","date_gmt":"2010-06-22T02:43:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lazyplayer.com\/blog\/?p=1122"},"modified":"2010-06-21T19:43:15","modified_gmt":"2010-06-22T02:43:15","slug":"race-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lazyplayer.com\/blog\/?p=1122","title":{"rendered":"Race Week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well today is the first day of race week.\u00a0 Also the first day of summer, the first day of my new blog (ah second day but whatever).<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I did a 5k today, WOW, I had to look twice and today absolutely qualifies as a milestone.<\/p>\n<p>Time: 35:05<\/p>\n<p>To put that into perspective, the fastest I ran the 5k (3 laps which is more than 5k not a real 5k) prior to today was 36:37.\u00a0 How the heck did I shave off over 1 and 1\/2 minutes off my time.\u00a0 Absolutely freaking incredible.\u00a0 I bet if I could breath a little better I would have cracked 35 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workout<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow I will run a Two Lap and do my normal chest workout.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday I will do a 30 minutes on the treadmill and try to top 500 calories.\u00a0 Then some arm workouts.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday evening will be an easy 1 lap, and 1 walk.<\/p>\n<p>Friday will be 2 lap walk.\u00a0 Plus some push ups and sits ups, and a first, meditation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meals<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Monday<br \/>\nDinner &#8211; Whatever, but limit plate size.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday<br \/>\nBreakfast &#8211; BPJ Sandwich, Fruit, Yogurt<br \/>\nLunch &#8211; Subway Sandwich<br \/>\nDinner &#8211; Chicken<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday<br \/>\nBreakfast &#8211; Oatmeal. Cold Cereal, Fruit, Yogurt<br \/>\nLunch &#8211; Subway Sandwich<br \/>\nDinner &#8211; Pasta + Salad.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday<br \/>\nBreakfast &#8211; Big Breakfast McDonalds<br \/>\nLunch &#8211; Leftover Pasta<br \/>\nDinner &#8211; Veggie Burger<\/p>\n<p>Friday<br \/>\nBreakfast &#8211; Cereal, Peaches<br \/>\nLunch &#8211; Ramen Noodles, w\/ meat and Small Sandwich.<br \/>\nDinner &#8211; Fish (light, little rice)<\/p>\n<p>Saturday Race Day<br \/>\nToast w\/ water<\/p>\n<p>Weight: 249.0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well today is the first day of race week.\u00a0 Also the first day of summer, the first day of my new blog (ah second day but whatever).
