Today I was feeling a little bit better, maybe because I had some sleep and did not feel bloated.<\/p>\n
This is the first time in a long time that I ran my regular route (around the school near here) twice.\u00a0 I believe that is 2 miles.\u00a0 I’ve run two miles before but that was on the 1+3 route.<\/p>\n
Anyway, a lot of the bloat I felt has gotten out of my system.\u00a0 Today’s weigh feel’s like my correct weight.<\/p>\n
