Well, it took me 9 days, but I am finally able to do 1 full mile run without walking. I did not run with the brace this morning but I did feel tightness, albiet slightly less than yesterday, in my left knee.<\/p>\n
I only did 2 miles (1 mile run and 1 mile walk), but I will do a 2 mile walk this evening. Also catching the bus which adds another mile and 1\/2 maybe even 2.<\/p>\n
Hitting my head on some branches. I may bring clippers when walking this evening.<\/p>\n
