Yesterday I had a few drinks during happy hour with my coworkers.\u00a0 Today, I see the damage not in my constitution but in my weight.<\/p>\n

Last time I drank I gained weight too.\u00a0 A glass of wine did not do it though.<\/p>\n

But the weight could be attributed to the light drizzle\u00a0that was landing on my shirt while I ran.<\/p>\n

I do have gym and another 2 miles to go today though.\u00a0 So I will sweat it out over the next 24 to 48 hours.<\/p>\n
