So today I was supposed to run only 1 mile and walk 1 mile because it is\u00a0 a rest day.\u00a0 I ended up running the entire 2 miles.<\/p>\n
Anyway, it is getting pretty dark, I started my run at 5:40 AM, got back about 6:20.\u00a0 Kind of slow for two miles, but it was dark, and I forgot my watch so the time actually was when I left and returned to the house.\u00a0 Not when I started my run, because there is some travel from my home to the route.<\/p>\n
Anyway, working early again today, so got to get to work, but it is cool because I am going home early.<\/p>\n
The rest of today will be a rest day.\u00a0 Tomorrow will be awesome.<\/p>\n
The weight I think is a record.\u00a0 Tomorrow I hope to break it.<\/p>\n
