This is a late post but I did run a 4+ earlier today.\u00a0 Decent time, 53:37, it would have been a new record if it weren’t for 2 fairly long stop lights.<\/p>\n
We went to the Puyallup Fair yesterday.\u00a0 Boy did I pig out on\u00a0earthquake burgers, fries, ribs, corn, bar b q chicken, elephant ears, ice cream.\u00a0\u00a0 Man I was full.<\/p>\n
I thought it would have an extremely negative impact on me today.\u00a0 It did in that when I woke up, it felt like I was drinking last night and my stomach was upset.<\/p>\n
To my surprise, my weight was decent, and this is official.\u00a0 New record, pretty sure.\u00a0 If I crack 258 by next Friday, I would say my chances of making weight is better than good.<\/p>\n
