The past few days have been bad, I know I did visit the doctor Friday but my son had his birthday and pain in my foot started limiting my workout.<\/p>\n
My wife and younger kids are leaving for Hawaii on Wednesday, and I was hoping to be 240 when they get back.\u00a0 That is highly unlike now.\u00a0 Furthermore, that time will really affect me training schedule.<\/p>\n
