I been really busy the past few days.\u00a0 With most of the family preparing to leave and doing the last few tours of the town with my aunt, it has been hectic.\u00a0 As well as unhealthy.<\/p>\n
I still find time to work out though, albiet at a less intensity.\u00a0 I ran 1 mile and walked 1 mile in the dark.\u00a0 Its going to have to be like this as daylight becomes scarce.<\/p>\n
Anyway, my weighin is reasonable again.\u00a0 This will be the first time I missed my goal though.\u00a0 I wanted to be 250 on next weigh in which is tomorrow.<\/p>\n
