Yesterday was a pretty sad run, I only did 1 lap and my time was 15:22.74<\/p>\n
I’m sure we can do better.<\/p>\n
So today I ran with purpose.\u00a0 I wanted to set a new record to my 4+.\u00a0<\/p>\n
My time 47:15 which is a new record and the first time since I started recording my 4+ that I cracked 50 minutes.<\/p>\n
Feel good too, I switched my shoes because it is worn.\u00a0 If you think about it, I put over 400 miles on those shoes.<\/p>\n
Weight is back on track albiet behind.\u00a0 But at this rate, I have a chance to crack 50 before wife and kids come back from Hawaii.<\/p>\n
