I haven’t caught the bus for a while and I did notice that while I am on the bus to work and from work, it gives me time to prepare my mind for work and time to wind down and not take work or stress home.<\/p>\n
But this past week and a half I have been driving and I did not find time to relax.\u00a0 But on my run today I did have time to think relax and I felt good mentally.\u00a0 This is a different feeling from the gym where everything is sanitized and in a warm cozy room.\u00a0 I like it.<\/p>\n
Anyway, I did 1 lap run and a w lap walk.\u00a0 It is an easy day because I think tomorrow is gonna be a hard workout at the gym.<\/p>\n
