So I start off my morning run at a pretty good pace.\u00a0 I am thinking, woohoo, awesome pace.\u00a0 I got new shoes, there was a slight drizzle.<\/p>\n
Then mother nature says otherwise.\u00a0 She made me have to go to the bathroom near the end of my 1 mile run.<\/p>\n
Don’t you hate it.\u00a0 Also you have that dilemma, “Should I run to beat the clock or do I need to slow down to prevent an accident?”<\/p>\n
Tonight I will work out at the work gym.\u00a0 Also need to do an “Equalizer”.<\/p>\n
