I had a good run today but it was short.\u00a0 I wish I could have gone longer but it is getting too dark.<\/p>\n
The route I run is dark luckily\u00a0not too many cars cross my path.\u00a0 But the sidewalk does get uneven.\u00a0 Don’t forget about the cold weather too.\u00a0 So I have to limit my run time, I did make good time 24:23.08, which beats my Sunday run time.\u00a0 What can’t be seen is that I started the run slow with more pain than usual in my food.\u00a0 I did work it out and felt good.<\/p>\n
As for my weight…. so close.\u00a0 That 250 wall is staring at me.\u00a0 But I got a feeling in a week or two it will be broken and by Thanksgiving, I will be able to say I lost 50 lbs. (Side note, I already have lost more than 50 lbs but I am marking it from 295 when I started the blog, so I have lost 40 lbs from then.\u00a0 Also the 305lbs I site is from my April 2009 Doctor’s visit)<\/p>\n
