{"id":496,"date":"2009-11-09T22:01:44","date_gmt":"2009-11-10T05:01:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lazyplayer.com\/blog\/?p=496"},"modified":"2009-11-12T01:19:45","modified_gmt":"2009-11-12T08:19:45","slug":"doing-a-weight-test","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lazyplayer.com\/blog\/?p=496","title":{"rendered":"Doing a weight test"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>So I kind of wanted to test something out.\u00a0 I want to prove that\u00a0you can rig the\u00a0weigh in\u00a0so that you can lose more than 5 lbs in a week.<\/p>\n<p>How am I doing this?\u00a0 Today is Monday and I am weighing in at night, after dinner, hours from my workout.\u00a0 I am wearing only three pieces of clothing as usual and I have not tampered with the scale.\u00a0 I did drink a bunch of water so you can say I am really hydrated.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I will compare my weight against a Saturday weigh in.<\/p>\n<p>On another note, I ran on the treadmill today, I had a most excellent run.\u00a0 I actually ran at 6 MPH consistently.\u00a0 I probably could have run the entire thing at 6 MPH.\u00a0 The run alone burned 315 calories in 15 minutes.\u00a0 I then did the bike for 20 minutes and burned another 265 calories.<\/p>\n<p>I had a light breakfast consisting of oatmeal, yogurt and an apple.\u00a0 Lunch was 1\/2 a Subway foot long sandwhich.<\/p>\n<p>Dinner was Chicken Papaya Soup w\/ rice.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Weight 258.4<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So I kind of wanted to test something out.\u00a0 I want to prove that\u00a0you can rig the\u00a0weigh in\u00a0so that you can lose more than 5 lbs in a week.
