Wow its been 5 months already.\u00a0 The rate of loss has slowed, since last month I think I only lost 5 lbs.\u00a0 But I have been\u00a0 lighter than 253 during the course of the month.<\/p>\n
Feeling way better though, will see how things turn out over the next week or two.\u00a0 I am worried because there are a bunch of weight gaining holidays coming up.<\/p>\n

A week ago I was at the gates of 250, ready to crack it.<\/p>\n
I did weigh in when I got home from work today I was 251.0\u00a0 So maybe, just maybe tomorrow will be when I crack 250.<\/p>\n
