The thing about keeping a blog is that I can go back and look at my performance.\u00a0 I recall the times that I ran the 4+ under 46 minutes, but it was just last month that I cracked 50 minutes.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Also the past few 4+ times I did run it under 50 minutes.<\/p>\n
So when I ran it 49:24 today, with some pretty long waits at the stop lights (3 of the 4) , I do not feel so bad.\u00a0 Still a B effort.<\/p>\n
