This is day 10 I believe.\u00a0\u00a0 What a horrible experience.\u00a0 I wonder how am I going to react to this when I finally can run again.\u00a0 I do feel better, but then again, I felt better last week.<\/p>\n
So what will happen, will I go running again with greater vigor to try and catch up, or will I wither and say, bah humbug.<\/p>\n
Anyway today I chatted via IM with a buddy I used to work with named Matt G.\u00a0 He told me about his story and how he lost over a hundred pounds and now he is even getting muscular.\u00a0 What a great story and the inspiration I need to move forward.\u00a0 I want to move on already.\u00a0 I want to hit the road and start running again.<\/p>\n
