My foot feels an order of magnitude better.\u00a0 I may do a decent workout tomorrow.\u00a0 Will see, not sure if there is anything I can undertake.<\/p>\n

I was surprised at my AM weighin.\u00a0 I really thought I was going to be above the 252 mark.\u00a0 I want to note that most of the weigh in’s since my foot pains started was at night.<\/p>\n

Anyway, I the scale may so something lower but I feel so much fatter than what the scale says.\u00a0 This is the inverse of how I normally feel where I feel lighter than what the scale says.<\/p>\n
