{"id":61,"date":"2009-07-11T08:30:26","date_gmt":"2009-07-11T15:30:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lazyplayer.com\/blog\/?p=61"},"modified":"2009-07-11T08:30:26","modified_gmt":"2009-07-11T15:30:26","slug":"what-an-incredible-morning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lazyplayer.com\/blog\/?p=61","title":{"rendered":"What an incredible morning!!!!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday I posted high hopes for this weekend.\u00a0 Even if everything is a wash for the rest of the weekend, I still feel super good just for today.<\/p>\n<p>Just a side note, before I ran I jumped on the scale and it was 285.0.\u00a0 WOW!!!<\/p>\n<p>I did my 1+3 which consists of basically a run upill for 1 mile then a walk home.\u00a0 The conditions were perfect&#8230; I was well rested (nice deep 6 1\/2 hour sleep), I was breathing well, the weather was not so cold I had to wear a wind breaker, yet not too hot where I would have dehydrated too quickly.\u00a0 My body cooperated and did not make me use the bathroom halfway through my run.\u00a0 My pace was good too, the first time I did this route a barely made it before the end of my workout playlist.\u00a0 Today, I almost beat it by two songs.\u00a0 If I moved just a wee bit faster I would have.\u00a0 The only thing I regret was not running the first 2 miles (then wouldn&#8217;t it be a 2+2?).<\/p>\n<p>This may be deserving of a single 1+1 workout tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>I feel good.\u00a0 Especially after I got my official weight, yeah I acknowledge this will go up, but it puts me really close to that 282 wall I hit last year.\u00a0\u00a0 I would love to destroy the plateau before July is up.\u00a0 I got 19 days.<\/p>\n<p>Weight: 283.8<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday I posted high hopes for this weekend.\u00a0 Even if everything is a wash for the rest of the weekend, I still feel super good just for today.
