This is the last post of 2009.\u00a0 Sounds sad, but it does lead to the first post of 2010.\u00a0 This was an extremely interesting year.<\/p>\n
I think my foot really is on the mend now.\u00a0 Trying some new medication and I think it works. \u00a0I feel like its strong enough where I can walk fairly decent lengths but know its still tender and can hurt and I risk reinjury.<\/p>\n
I did work out in the gym today.\u00a0 Certainly not as intense as a few weeks ago.\u00a0 But I think I will be running again in 3 weeks.<\/p>\n
Still end the year off on a good note.\u00a0 I am under 250.<\/p>\n
