I tell you, when something is wrong with you, like when you are in pain, you stop to care about other things.\u00a0 You don’t want to think about work, friends, family.<\/p>\n
You don’t want to do anything.\u00a0 You just want the pain to go away.<\/p>\n
I feel I am passed that.\u00a0 But the past few weeks were horrible.\u00a0 Now am facing life’s challenges and ready to drive on.<\/p>\n
I am looking at what a got to do and am ready to do it.<\/p>\n
Bring it on.<\/p>\n
Anyway, foot still hurts but I made it on the bike.\u00a0 I did sweat, just a little, but it was worth it.\u00a0 Also noticed my weight lifting belt needed tightening.\u00a0 I recall when I bought it several months ago, I thought I was small enought to fit the size that was smaller.\u00a0\u00a0 I wanted to get it because I knew I was going to lose weight.\u00a0 I was bummed about having to get the largest one they have.\u00a0 I think it will be soon time to get another belt because I will not be able to tighten it more.\u00a0\u00a0 I’m kind of happy at having to buy a new belt.<\/p>\n
