I did have a decent workout today, not as much sweat as before, but the most sweat since gout kicked in.\u00a0 I am going to take it easy tomorrow.\u00a0 I am hopeful that I will be running again in a week albiet not as for nor fast.<\/p>\n
I am sad about my current weight but it is weird that since I started doing more meaningful workouts, my weight has gone up.\u00a0 So hopeful it is muscles that are coming back.<\/p>\n
