Over the past few weeks, especially the last few days, I have been paying attention to how my feet was landing.\u00a0\u00a0 The pain did move around which lets me to believe that I actually went through 2 or more bouts with gout.<\/p>\n
But lately I noticed my left foot is OK coming down, but if the ground is uneven and my ankle twists with me not being prepared for it, it hurts.<\/p>\n
Also, when I push off of my left foot, it involves using my ankle.\u00a0 At the begining when my ankle is smaller than a right angle, it hurts, especially to the outside.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately, my foot is still slightly swollen, so tonight, I will give the anti inflammatory medication another try.<\/p>\n
