Today I worked out at the gym in the office.\u00a0 At first I planned to go on the stationary bike before switching to the elliptical.\u00a0 Unluckily…. or luckily, someone has occupied it before I could get on.<\/p>\n
Instead of waiting or trying another machine, I decided, what the heck, and took a shot on the treadmill.<\/p>\n
I started slow first, but I was able to get up to 4 miles per hour at an incline of 5.\u00a0\u00a0 Overall, in about 20 minutes, I ran slightly over a mile.<\/p>\n
So that made me feel good.\u00a0\u00a0 If things keep going the way they are, I should be running by next week and at full strength early or mid next month.<\/p>\n
