(So 239.8 on my scale)<\/p>\n<p>By June 20th<\/p>\n<p>I would like to be able to curl the 45lb (maybe even 55lb) dumb bells.<\/p>\n<p>Do 10 dips with no assist.<\/p>\n<p>End of year<\/p>\n<p>Maybe bench my weight.<\/p>\n<p>Crack the 200lb mark.<\/p>\n<p>I also have been thinking about my workout schedule.\u00a0 This is probably going to get revised but<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 2 lap<\/p>\n<p>Monday Video Workout<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday Morning Run, Afternoon Gym<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday 1000 Calorie workout<\/p>\n<p>Thursday Low Stress workout (1 lap easy run with 1 lap walk)<\/p>\n<p>Friday Morning Run Afternoon Gym<\/p>\n<p>Saturday 4+<\/p>\n<p>Weight: 253.2<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Had a most excellent workout today.
