I worked from home today and got a chance to take a lap.\u00a0 Actually 2 laps one of which was a run the other a walk.<\/p>\n
The run clocked in at 13:36.41 and I knew I was going to do the aerobics video for the first time on Months (note a trend here of resuming my prior workouts)<\/p>\n
Got my butt kicked again which is good but I did feel really sore in my left foot.\u00a0 There were some movements that I simply could not do.<\/p>\n
Anyway, still got some workout in and decent one at that.<\/p>\n
Tomorrow my buddy Rob is going to work out with me in the gym at work.\u00a0 He said he will, we’ll see.\u00a0 More tomorrow.<\/p>\n
