This post was actually made on March 10th but is for March 9th and will sound like it was made on the 9th.\u00a0 Was just too exhausted to post.<\/p>\n
I had a really horrible time sleeping last night, just two hours.\u00a0 It was so bad that I could not drive in to work completely, I had to stop off in a parking lot to take a quick nap.<\/p>\n
I went to lunch with some coworkers and had to take a nap after that.<\/p>\n
But when I did get in to the gym, the warmup and adreneline kicked in.\u00a0 I was able to push and actually had a good workout.\u00a0 When I got home I was done, so exhausted.<\/p>\n
I did weigh in and I am happy, this made it worth it.<\/p>\n
