I expected to have a horrible run today because of last nights meds and the lingering effects plus my allergies.\u00a0 Instead, it was pretty decent.\u00a0 In fact if it weren’t for a pair of long lights, I am pretty sure my time would have been under 48 minutes.\u00a0 Still I will take the 49:43 run.<\/p>\n

I am pretty bummed about my weight.\u00a0 This is official as it gets too, so it is unlikely I will hit under 250 by next week.<\/p>\n
