We got back from Linuxfest today, boy was it fun but there is a cost associated with it.<\/p>\n
When I drive long distances I tend to snack, also, when we are out like this for several days, my diet changes.\u00a0 You can\u00a0 say I “Let myself go”<\/p>\n
Anyway, it was fun and I tried to run today.\u00a0 It was an untimed run in that I did not have my watch (another byproduct of being off my game for the past 49 hours) but I did have my phone.\u00a0 After a couple hundred yards I noted the time at 6:45PM after two laps and passing that same point again it was 7:11, so I am sure I ran it in less than 30 minutes but I do not have a clue\u00a0 at what point in the minute my run started and ended since there is no second counter.\u00a0 So I could be off as much as 118 seconds.<\/p>\n
It was an OK run.<\/p>\n
My weight kind of betrays the amount I pigged out during the past two days.<\/p>\n
