Just a hair below 25 minutes.\u00a0 I think if I stretched out my plantar faciatis, my time would have been much better.\u00a0 It was not until halfway through the first lap that my foot finally stretched itself out, by then I was 30 maybe 40 seconds behind my normal time.<\/p>\n
Anyway, this is a morning post, still got my evening workout at the gym.\u00a0 Also this weight is official, still pretty good.<\/p>\n
