Weight doesn’t seem right

So I weighed in the morning, it is hard to believe I gained so much in 2 days. 

I will write this one off as bloat.

I weighed in before I worked out because I went on the treadmill at work.  I am posting this after my workout and I did burn 890 calories.

Will see, don’t be too shocked at the weight.

Weight: 275.2

Still no weigh in.

I tried running that park route but there were a whole bunch of people going in the opposite direction.

But I am working out.  Ran that route around the park I mentioned about the last time I was here.  Did it twice.

So the entire workout was composed nearly 5 miles.

The interesting thing is that the route seems a lot easier to run then last time.  Can it be that my legs are truly getting stronger?  This is certainly proof that it is.

I made my goal amazing enough.

Late post today, but I am what you call furlough.  Our company is not doing so well and to implement costs savings they have initiated mandatory unpaid furloughs, where you take a day off and are unpaid.  We got 10 of these to do and today is my 7th.

This is Friday and in a few hours I will be headed to Canada to pick her up.  Recall that my aunt is returning and I wanted to be under 270.

I did not think I could do it.  I’ve had a horrible 2 days of workout.   This morning I did run a 2+2.

But when I got in and weighed in I was delightfully surprised.

Weight: 269.2

I got too much to do and I need to be in to work early.

OK I really put my body through a workout yesterday.  I did a 3+1, 1 mile run on the treadmill and 2 miles walking on the treadmill.

Also I did weights.

Now it is screaming for rest.  I did a 1/2 mile run and a 1/2 mile walk this morning.  I am planning to walk at least another mile, maybe 3.

I am actually not too worried about my weight.  I have a feeling it is simply bloat.  My prediction is that it will work through my system in 48 hours.

Am I hitting a wall

Not sure if I am, one of the reasons I track my weight.  I may need to up my workout or do something to change my pattern to fool my body.

Yesterday I barely ate.  But it could be the new vitamins or protein drink I am taking.

I am considering doing more treadmill or hitting the gym more.  It makes sense as it gets darker and colder.

Tonight I am hitting gym as well.

Seriously, if I do not start breaking 270 by this time next week, I will hit treadmill and or bike just to change it up.

Running Two Miles

September is closing in and fall will soon be here and also another milestone.  Two mile straight running.  In the past I have usually run 1 mile and walked 1 with occaisonally running 2 miles.  Then there’s th 1+3, which I really run a 2+2.  September may be the month I begin runnning 2 miles regularly where the 1+1 is an exception (extra tired, late or bathroom).

It is my hope that I am running that 1+3 route completely, by end of year, then I can call it simply a 4 mile.

Today I did encounter a problem, my foot hurts.  If this is gout, it will seriously impact my training schedule.

As for yesteday, I did get my 1+3 in (actually 2+2).

This has been a busy day.  We have been without hot water for a day now.  The original Water Heater we purchased had a significant dent and returning it really put a dent in my schedule.

Anyway I will work out tonight.  If not, I have to write it up as one of those life happens moments.  So far

Busy weekend… late start

Alright got a busy weekend.  But did start the day late.  I have documents to do, some DNS strategy planning and migrating to a new web server.

Yesterday I did get a really good workout, I’m pretty sure I sweat out all the alcohol.

But I did get in a run, a simple 1+3 where I really did only run 1 mile.  Although it is less than yesterday, I am confident tomorrow or Monday it will stay under 270.
