Nine days to trim some weight

I went for a normal 1 mile run plus a 1 mile walk this morning.  I have been feeling pretty lethargic lately.  

Anyway, my Aunt in law who was staying with us for a couple of months actually went to Toronto for a while to visit her sister.  She returns to the West Coast next week and I would like to be under 270 by then.  So I have nine days to lose 4 pounds.  That is a lot, I am not sure I can make it.

That is that is 14000 above what I consume.  If I burn 200 Calories per mile, I need to run a net of 70 miles to meet my goal.   Yikes. 

Luckily I can reduce what I eat to make my goal, I burn about 2500 cal per day.  If I eat only 1000 Calories per day then I can make it.   Er… that’s not going to happen.

I will have to Mix… 5 miles each day would be 1000 and I probably can stick to a 2000 calorie diet.

That should do it.  I already did 2 mile, I still got gym and my evening 2 mile walk for today.
