Workout Schedule

So yesterday’s (actually today’s) late post got me thinking of my workout schedule.

  1. Monday – Gym run on Treadmill 4 miles in 1 hour.  Add another 2 mile walk.  Bus walk suffices.
  2. Tuesday – 2 mile morning run + Gym chest workout w/ 2 mile walk either outside or on Treadmill
  3. Wednesday – Gym run on Treadmill 4 miles in 1 hour.  Add another 2 mile walk.  Bus walk suffices.
  4. Thursday – Low workout day. 1 mile run 1 mile walk.
  5. Friday – Heavy workout day, 4+ AM run, Gym arms workout w/ 2 mile walk.
  6. Saturday – 4+
  7. Sunday – 4+

Yesterday’s workout was incredible, I think that is the most I ever sweat.
