Not my best time but…

Ran a 2 mile this morning.  That is the only workout I will do today and boy is it tiring.  My time was bad, 28:39.84, but today is technically a rest day and I was supposed to run1 walk 1 when I actually ran both miles,  furthermore it is dark, the first mile was kind of hard seeing where I was stepping,  add to that my shoes weren’t feeling right, like they were slipping off and I had to stop to tie my shoes, and finally, I did not wait long after taking those Lipo 6 pills so I felt like throwing up.

Still, I finished strong.

Last week this time I was 265.4, I dropped to 262.0 that Saturday.  I got a good workout scheduled tomorrow, and Friday I run a 4+.  Maybe I can crack 260 this week.  If I do, I will have such a boost to my self esteem.
