Meditation

I haven’t caught the bus for a while and I did notice that while I am on the bus to work and from work, it gives me time to prepare my mind for work and time to wind down and not take work or stress home.

But this past week and a half I have been driving and I did not find time to relax.  But on my run today I did have time to think relax and I felt good mentally.  This is a different feeling from the gym where everything is sanitized and in a warm cozy room.  I like it.

Anyway, I did 1 lap run and a w lap walk.  It is an easy day because I think tomorrow is gonna be a hard workout at the gym.
