Getting faster on road as well

I ran the two lap this morning.  I can’t stress how dark it is.  Lucky my route has enough lighting that it makes it OK.  At least it wasn’t raining and not that cold.  My time was a record 25:01.56.  I just needed to kick it into gear just a tad then I would have made a new record.  I might as well start recording this run.

Will do gym workout this evening as well.

Here is my weight.  Note how much I lost in a couple of hours.  The last weigh in was about 8 hours ago.

    I was 282 in Jan, got down to 247 by june, then screwed up for a few months now im back to 260.

    But I plan on losing a good portion before newyears hopefully, keep writing, it has motivated me today. She told me about your rice bags on your desk, good idea.

    Lets both keep at it. I would like to know your story as well. Do you have a blog?

    As for the rice, I had no idea how much 30lbs was until I got the rice. I actually have lost 50 lbs since April but my “d-day” of June 20 I weighed in at 295. When I crack 250 I will get another 10lb bag.

    So that left me thinking, what the heck am I gonna do with rice. So I thought about donating it to hungry people. Food I don’t need.
