Yes, am nearly up to speed

Today I was back on the sidewalk running at a fairly decent pace.  It was a struggle but it did feel good.  My left food was not in pain like it was, more of an annoyance.  But I do know, one bad step and I could be out again for more than a week.

My time,13:39.85,  wasn’t great and I only ran 1 lap while walking another, it was a real run nonetheless.

So I will restart my workout, and Febuary first is a good of a time as any to call it a start.

On another subject, what is up with my weight, seems like the heavier I get the better my foot feels.  That is not right.
