Keep going and going

(another late post, really getting lazy, but read the post)

Today I had scheduled a 1000 calorie workout.  I started off with a 20 minute run 4 incline and a 5MPH, was doing really well.

The first 10 minutes were really easy, I had to push it more so added 10 minutes to make it 30.  That felt like it was not enough, so I pushed it to 40.

It was a good workout, added a bike and elliptical session and I was good.
