Oxygen, Need Oxygen

Weird, I been noticing something new, I feel like my lungs aren’t adsorbing the same amount of oxygen it has been.

I have an asthma inhaler and I am wondering if it will help.

Recall that yesterday I lost some stamina towards the end, also I have never had problems in while climbing up stairs.

This is an interesting new developement that I think is fixable.

Today I ran kind of late like I usually do, but it is so nice that the sun is once again giving us more daylight:

Feeling Slow

I ran a 4+ today, time over all was decent (49:09) but it was because of a great start.  I think I pulled  a hamstring and my time towards the end suffered.

Also I did drink a bit last night and slept poorly so I am pretty sure that contributed.

I have been running on little sleep lately, also not sure if cutting out meat has been weakening me.

Speaking of cutting out meat, I am surprised I got this far, only 14 more days.

Still not sleeping well

Today was a scheduled easy day, I need it too, tomorrow is a special day.

Will take it easy tomorrow as well.  I am even taking time off from work.

I plan to sleep in late and not do anything.

Scale is weird.  Not sure what to make of it except it has been giving inconsistent measurements.  Unless of course my weight really does fluctuate that much.

Really late post

Notice that the past few days I have been posting late.  This was posted 3/18 but this is for the 3/17.

Well let me explain why, seems that I have had a ton of things to do.  The whole life happens thing is happening.

Been working on documentation and a project, stuff at work, a lot of things.

So it all came to head today (3/17), last night I could not sleep till 4:30AM, so when I finally got to work, I was so burned out.  Then it was a busy day, pushing me more.

Some of it was physical (staying up), but it was mostly mental.  So I did a super light workout, just pushups and situps.  Then went to bed early.  Tomorrow and Friday will be light days too.

Changing the way a bench

My buddy Dave was my spot today while I was doing my bench presses.

He noticed my grip was relatively wide and said I should bring it in.  I did and it was harder to do.  Anyway, I am hurting now.

Late Workout

Was a pretty busy day working on documentation.  That whole life thing got in the way with my workout.

Anyway, I ended up doing my Aerobic video which is fine because I ran yesterday.  But boy did I hurt, I did it about an hour after dinner and I could not move.

Next time I will be a little hungry when I start my workout.

I ran two laps today and made some pretty good time.  Check out my clock, 23:59.98

I guess there is a fine line between almost made it and just made it.

Decent Run Today

I expected to have a horrible run today because of last nights meds and the lingering effects plus my allergies.  Instead, it was pretty decent.  In fact if it weren’t for a pair of long lights, I am pretty sure my time would have been under 48 minutes.  Still I will take the 49:43 run.

I am pretty bummed about my weight.  This is official as it gets too, so it is unlikely I will hit under 250 by next week.

Powerful Meds

Today I felt a strong allergy attack.  Although it was raining pretty hard, I think my nose was reacting to something.

Anyway, I did a lighter Friday workout than usual.  When I got home I took some Benedryl.  I tknocked my down pretty good.  So this is really a late post done at 2:24AM

I don’t feel this heavy, but I will go by it for now.
