Still sore from that workout video

Steph predicted that Sunday would be bad.  She was right.  I am so sore.  I could not run today.  I just did a 1 lap run w/ a 1 lap walk.

Tonight I will apply some tiger balm to see if I can get healed.  Tomorrow I am going to workout in the gym, but I think the flu is hitting our home, so my schedule will be in flux.

    It’s a tough workout but also a great one because it forces you to use all your muscles! I’m glad we did it. I think you will see some positive changes from mixing it up a bit. 🙂
