Interesting Wednesday workout

So I mentioned that I needed to do a longer run.  I tried it out today and boy did it push me.

Wednesdays are my 1000 calorie gym days.  It is where I use the aerobic machines to accumulate 1000 calories of burn.  I normally add variety and do two or 3 machines.

Today I did it all on the treadmill.  One hour run with a five minute cool down.   It was awesome.  Afterwards though I was beat and pretty dehydrated.  Took the rest of the day to get my water back into my cells.

Yes that is 5.39 mile of running in 65 minutes.  Also I was at a 4 incline and at least 5MPH going high as 5.2

I did weigh myself in the gym and it did show 245.0   But alas it was not official.
